Ms. Moussa has gained over 28 years of experience as an HR Leader and Regional Director, specializing in transformational HR. She currently serves as Group Chief HR Officer.

Ms. Moussa started her career at Ladbrokes Holdings in 1996, following which she worked with the Four Seasons Hotel where she opened the first Four Seasons in Egypt. She then led the HR function at Saint-Gobain Group as the Delegation HR Director overseeing a number of industries and countries. Ms. Moussa also served as the Regional Director of HR in Hilton Worldwide for over 9 years, leading the Egypt, Levant, and North Africa regions.

She became known in the MENA region as a female pioneer Human Resources Director leading HR functions in diverse industries where she has restructured the workforce in several multinational organizations, designed job grades and salary structures, and high-performing management systems tailored to organizations. Ms. Moussa is particularly experienced with leading organizational behaviour, employee wellbeing, diversity, as well as people and talent.

Ms. Moussa holds a master’s degree in human resource management and strategic management from the German University in Cairo. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resources in Liverpool University.
